Günümüzde yaşamımıza sağlıklı ve refah seviyesi yüksek bir şekilde devam edebilmemiz; dünyamızın ve bulunduğumuz coğrafyanın kaynaklarını doğru kullanmamıza, kültürel mirasımızı koruyarak ve tanıtarak gelecek nesillere taşımamıza, yani sürdürülebilir bir hayatı benimsememize bağlıdır.
EVERGREEN SEAVIEW OTEL, sürdürülebilir gelişime ve değer yaratmaya derinden bağlı kalarak gezegene ve topluma geri vermede aktif bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu kapsamda, EVERGREEN SEAVIEW OTEL geleceğe yönelik hedefleri için dört ana konu belirlemiştir: Çalışanlarına destek olmak, karar alma süreçlerinde müşterileri dikkate almak, iş ortaklarıyla birlikte inovasyon yapmak, yerel halkla birlikte hareket etmek.
Ayrıca, EVERGREEN SEAVIEW OTEL gıda tarafında israf azaltıcı önlemleri, yerel üretimi ve geri dönüşümü desteklemiş; tesis binalarında çevre dostu bir su, enerji ve atık yönetim sistemi uygulamayı benimsemiştir. EVERGREEN SEAVIEW OTEL olarak bizler de sürdürülebilir kalkınmayı küresel bir strateji ile çok uzun yıllardır yürüten EVERGREEN SEAVIEW OTEL ailesinin bir parçası olmaktan sonsuz gurur duyuyor, değişim için otelimizin bütün alanlarında çevresel, sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik, kalite, insan hakları, sağlık ve güvenlik konularında aksiyonlar alıyoruz. Sürdürülebilirlik uygulamalarımız ve taahhütlerimiz kapsamında:
• EVERGREEN SEAVIEW OTEL olarak evrensel sürdürülebilir gelişme için belirlediği taahhütlerin çoğunu yerine getirmeyi amaçlıyoruz.
• 2025 yılı itibariyle uluslararası GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) Endüstri Kriterlerini uygulamaya başlayarak, sektördeki “Sürdürülebilir Turizm Sertifikası”na sahip otellerden biri olmayı hedefliyoruz.
Etkin bir şekilde atık yönetim sistemi uyguladığımız otelimizde, 2025 yılında “T.C. Sıfır Atık Sertifikası”na sahip olduğumuzu gururla paylaşmak isteriz. Ayrıca, gelecek nesillere temiz ve yaşanabilir bir dünya bırakmak için çevre ile ilgili bütün yasal prosedürleri ve daha fazlasını yerine getirmek; buna ek olarak bütün paydaşlarımıza bu bilinci aşılamak için aksiyonlar almaktan büyük memnuniyet duyarız. Aşağıdaki aksiyonları gerçekleştirerek yukarıdaki sürdürülebilirlik taahhüdümüzü desteklemek üzere çalışmaya devam ediyoruz:
• Otelimizde, tüm farklılıklarımıza saygı gösterir; bütün çalışanlarımızın sağlık, güvenlik ve refahlarını sağlar; kariyer ve kişisel gelişimlerine destek oluruz.
• Otelimizde, çocuklarla ilgili şüpheli eylemler gözlemlendiğinde ivedi aksiyonlar alırız.
• Tüm alanlarımızda atıkların kaynağına, gruplarına ve tehlike sınıflarına göre etkin şekilde ayrıştırılmasına özen gösteririz.
• Evergreen Seaview'un en merkezi konumunda olmaktan duyduğumuz gurur ile ülkemizin kültürüne sahip çıkarak misafirlerimizin civardaki alanları daha iyi deneyimlemelerine destek olmak için onları bilinçlendirici aksiyonlar alırız.
• Satın alma yaptığımız paydaşlarımızın çevre dostu, yöresel, etik değerlere önem veren; yerli ve yerel üretim/hizmet sağlayıcısı olmasına dikkat ederiz.
• Sosyal sorumluluk bilinciyle, komşularımıza ve Sivil Toplum Kuruluşlarına destek olur, katma değer yaratan projeler geliştiririz.

Sürdürülebilir bir dünya için birlikte çıktığımız bu yolculukta, tüm paydaşlar olarak hepimizin bir görevi olduğuna inanıyor ve yukarıda belirttiğimiz çalışmalarla sınırlı kalmaksızın sektörümüzün arz kaynakları olan doğal, kültürel ve sosyal unsurları koruma-kullanma dengesini göz önünde bulundurarak sürdürülebilir kalkınma adına gerekli aksiyonları alacağımızı taahhüt ediyoruz.

In today's world, to continue our lives in a healthy and high level of welfare depends on using the resources of our world and geography correctly, preserving and promoting our cultural heritage, and passing it on to future generations; in other words, adopting a sustainable life.
EVERGREEN SEAVIEW HOTEL plays an active role in giving back to the planet and society by being deeply committed to sustainable development and value creation. In this context, EVERGREEN SEAVIEW HOTEL has identified four main topics for its future goals: Supporting its employees, taking customers into consideration in decision-making processes, innovating together with business partners, and acting together with the local people.
Additionally, EVERGREEN SEAVIEW HOTEL has supported waste reduction measures, local production, and recycling on the food side; also, it has adopted an environmentally friendly water, energy, and waste management system in its facility buildings. As part of the EVERGREEN SEAVIEW HOTEL family, which has been carrying out sustainable development with a global strategy for many years, we are extremely proud to strive for change in environmental, social, cultural, economic, quality, human rights, health, and safety issues in all areas of our hotel. We are taking action. Within the scope of our sustainability practices and commitments:
• As Evergreen Seaview Hotel, we aim to fulfill many of our commitments to universal sustainable development.
• By 2025, we aim to become one of the hotels with the "Sustainable Tourism Certificate" in the sector by starting to implement the international GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) Industry Criteria.
In our hotel, where we effectively implement a waste management system, we would like to proudly share that we have the "Zero Waste Certificate". Moreover, in order to leave a clean and livable world for future generations, we are committed to fulfilling all environmental legal procedures and more; additionally, we are pleased to take actions to instill this awareness in all our suppliers. We continue to support our sustainability commitment above by taking the following actions:
• Our hotel respects all our differences; ensures the health, safety, and welfare of all our employees; we support their career and personal development.
• We take immediate action when suspicious activities involving children are witnessed in our hotel.
• We take care to effectively separate waste according to its source, groups, and hazard classes in all areas of our hotel.
• With the pride we feel in being in the most central location, we protect the culture of our country and take actions to raise awareness of our guests to help them experience the surrounding areas better.
• The suppliers we purchase from are environmentally friendly, local, and attach importance to ethical values; we make sure that they are domestic and local production/service providers.
• With social responsibility awareness, we support our neighbors and Non-Governmental Organizations and develop projects that create added value.

We believe that we, together with all our suppliers, have a duty in this journey we embark on for a sustainable world, and we undertake to take the necessary actions for sustainable development, taking into account the balance of protecting and using the natural, cultural, and social elements that are the supply sources of our sector, without being limited to the studies mentioned above.
